The Technology
High Intensity Focused Ultrasound is a non-invasive procedure used for facial rejuvenation. It works by targeting the dermal layer of the skin, regenerating collagen and elastic fibres . The resulting effect is improved skin elasticity, reduced wrinkles and lasting facial lifting.
The Treatment
The Dualsonic Professional device is simple to use with easy one touch operation.
Treatment areas are: The cheeks, under eyes, forehead and neck.
Depending on skin type and condition, a course of 1 to 3 treatments maybe required to achieve the best results.
Unlike invasive aesthetic treatments, there is no downtime required immediately post-treatment.
The Results
Face cartridge: Treatment targeted at lower dermis (3.0mm) and/ or SMAS (4.5mm), results may vary depending on the skin type being treated. Repeat/ top-up treatments may be required 1 month following treatment to achieve the best results. Initial tightening and improvement of tissue density are the first changes that are obtained and noticeable after the first treatment. Collagen is restructured in approximately 21 days or slightly longer, and after this time, the skin quality will continue to improve. The complete result is seen after one or two months.
Eye cartridge: Treatment targeted at the upper dermis (1.5mm), results may be noticeable immediately and continue to improve over 2 weeks.
